Admissions Liaison Officers (ALOs) are available to answer any questions you may
have about the Air Force Academy or ROTC.
ALOs serve as your mentor, inspiring you toward leadership opportunities. Most have graduated from the Academy or ROTC and have extensive backgrounds as Air Force officers. They now serve part-time in the Air Force Reserve in addition to their primary civilian career. Your ALO can tell you first hand what it's like to be an Air Force officer.
ALOs are qualified to assist in all aspects of admission, and can answer questions about education and training. They provide a unique perspective and will give you honest feedback. As part of the Air Force Academy admissions process, you must have an interview with an ALO.
